Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery and approved before the item is shipped back.
Approved returns must:
- be unworn
- unwashed
- unaltered
- returned in original packaging
Items showing signs of wear, styling, washing, lace cutting, customization, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return or exchange.
Approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, packaging, and sanitation handling costs.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and tracking costs. Items returned after the approved return window may be refused or returned to sender.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipment. Please contact us immediately if you experience an issue with your order.
